Engineering notes

Match cell capacity within 50 mAh and IR within 5 mΩ for parallel groups.
BMS: overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, cell balancing.
Air-shipping Li-ion >100 Wh requires Section II UN38.3 docs.
Continuous current uses a per-cell C-rate baked into each chemistry (2–3C for Li-ion high-power cells, 0.05C for CR2032). Check the actual cell datasheet — your specific part may be more or less capable than these defaults.
