Armored Vehicle Hinges

In this project we worked with ASC International to manufacture hinges for their armored vehicles.

Challenges

Corrosion resistant, high strength requirements, low operation friction and extremally durable were some of the challenges we faced during the manufacturing.

Solutions

To ensure the dimensions and friction requirements custom PTFE bushing were manufactured. And 100% of the parts’ dimensions were checked.
